our story

It began on a street in La. She was buying foodstuffs, I was passing by, and my heart skipped. I kept looking back to see which house she went into, and a friend who serviced my air conditioner found me her number. Small small, by God's grace, here we are.

Her first trip outside Ghana. On 21 August 2026, flying Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Accra, I staged a little quarrel at the airport, invented a birthday mix-up with the cabin crew, and at the back of the plane asked her to marry me. She said yes.
